Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit
that though Coal India forwarded the request of the petitioner for his transfer from one project to another within the company but the same has not been considered by the South Eastern Coalfield Limited (in short 'S.E.C.L.').

Be that as it may, the S.E.C.L. is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in view of memo dated 09/09/2014 issued by the Coal India preferably within a maximum period of 45 days from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, writ petition stands finally disposed of.
