1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction for

carrying out investigation on the allegations against respondent No.8 that he does not belong to scheduled tribe.

2. Learned State counsel submits that this petition is without locus. Otherwise also, the Caste Scrutiny Committee has already taken up the matter.

3. The petitioner has filed this petition having no locus. It is otherwise also found that the Caste Scrutiny Committee has already initiated some proceedings against respondent No.8. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter.

4. The petition is dismissed.
