Agrawal Order On Board 03/04/2019 (1) Petitioner has been granted regular stage carriage permit for inter regional route Ambikapur to Pendraroad and one single trip daily. However, the RTA, Bilaspur has not counter signed the permit despite the application filed by the petitioner on 22.12.2018. (2) Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner's application for counter signature, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(3) The writ petition stands disposed of.
