(2) The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 25.06.2015 passed by Pension Committee rejecting his claim as the Pension Committee has relied upon the order dated 27.10.2014 of District Education Officer, Rajnandgaon holding that the petitioner is not entitled for salary for the period from 10.09.2013 to 31.01.2014 on the principle of "no work no pay"

(3) The petitioner has not assailed the legality and validity of order dated 27.10.2014 passed by District Education Officer, Rajnandgaon and order dated 27.10.2014 passed by Principal, Government Higher Secondary School, Chhuikhadan.
