Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred from Forest Division Khairagarh, District Rajnandgaon to Forest Division Narayanpur, District Bastar. He would further
submit that petitioner has been already posted twice in the scheduled area, therefore, he be permitted to make representation before the State Government.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make representation before the State Government within a period of two weeks from today, who in turn shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of presentation of the representation taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been already posted twice in the scheduled area.

No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner for five weeks.
