Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that order dated 16.4.2014 passed in WP(S) No.1804 of 2014 has not been complied with in its letter and spirit.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to provide one more opportunity to the respondents No.1 and 2 to comply with the order dated 16.4.2014 in its letter and spirit.

The petitioner is permitted to make an additional representation before the respondents No.1 and 2 for compliance of the order dated 16.4.2014.

If order in question is not already complied with, the respondents

No. 1 and 2 would comply with the order dated 16.4.2014 passed in WP(S) No.1904 of 2014 in its letter and spirit expeditiously. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the contempt case finally stands disposed of.
