(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation before respondent No.4Collector, Surguja, Ambikapur on 20.10.2015 which has not been

considered and decided till this date and therefore, she may be permitted to file fresh representation before the competent authority. To which counsel for the State has no objection. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to file a fesh representation before the competent authority. If such representation is made by the petitioner, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
