1. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (R), Raigarh, rejecting his application for issuance of the caste certificate.

2. The order impugned is appealable under Section 5 of the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes And Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Act, 2013.
