The accused/applicant has moved this fourth bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 27/2018 registered at Police Station - Sakri, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20-B of the NDPS Act, 1985. 2.

The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 25.06.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 3387 of 2018, the applicant's second bail application was allowed by this Court only for a period of three months i.e. from 29-9-2018 to 29-12-2018 vide order dated 28.09.2018 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 6491 of 2018 and his third bail application was also dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 02.01.2019 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 9838 of 2018.

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this fourth application. Thus, the fourth bail application is rejected. Certified copy, as per rules.
