Learned Counsel for the Respondents submit that the proceedings under Section 178 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 have already been concluded.

If that be the position, the present writ petition in its present form would not be any further maintainable as the Petitioner would have to challenge the final order.

With the liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the final result in case if he is aggrieved by it, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
