1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the interest of justice would be
-2satisfied if a direction in terms of order dated 22.1.2016 passed by this Court in WPC No.164 of 2016 (batch of petitions) is issued in the case of the petitioners also.
2. Prayer is not opposed by learned counsel for the respondents.
3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to move necessary application before the competent authority for release of the amount of compensation and/or enhancement of the amount of compensation as also to seek benefit of rehabilitation policy of the Government.
4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. If the petitioners' applications are not decided, it will remain open for them to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to them under the law. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Praveen
