1. The applicant has preferred the first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.268/2020, registered at Police Station - Navagarh, District- Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 302, 34, 120 B, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

2. In view of the fact that bail application of juvenile Tarjan Kumar Madhukar and Aman Kumar Kashyap has been dismissed in CRR Nos. 13/2021 and 11/2021 respectively by common order dated 05-01-2021, learned counsel for the applicant seeks

MCRC No.4239 of 2021 permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive at an appropriate stage.

4. Accordingly, the present MCRC is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
