Judgment on Board Per Navin Sinha, Chief Justice 11/02/2016 1.

The present appeal arises from a common order dated 17.12.2015 in Writ Petition (C) No. 887 of 2015 and analogous petitions including Writ Petition (C) No. 925 of 2015.

Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that this appeal may also be disposed in terms of order dated 4.2.2016 in Writ Appeal No. 47 of 2016 and analogous appeals.

It is ordered accordingly.

The only modification is with regard to the prescription of time limit as mentioned in paragraph 14 of the order dated 4.2.2016 to be reckoned in accordance with the present order.

The writ appeal stands disposed.
