2. This petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by rejection of his claim for grant of compensation. The dispute is whether the deceased-Niranjan died due to drowning or epilepsy. According to the petitioner, Niranjan died due to drowning and not due to epilepsy.

3. This petition would require factual enquiry. The Sub Divisional Officer, Kota has rejected the petitioner's application for grant of compensation.

Since the decision has been taken under the provisions of Revenue Book Circular, the petitioner should approach the Collector against the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer.
