The petitioner seeks direction for considering her representation to transfer to place of her choice on the ground of personal hardship. 3.

All that can be done in the matter to direct the authority to consider the petitioner's representation and take appropriate decision. It being purely an administrative matter of transfer, this Court cannot issue direction for posting of the petitioner. However, grievance of the petitioner should be examined and decision should be taken at the time of general transfer. 4.
