1. The petitioner has filed this petition seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to consider his representation for posting to other stations on the stated ground of ill-health condition.

2. The petitioner belongs to Armed Force and the ground on which the petitioner is seeking transfer, is a matter of administrative consideration. All that can be done at this stage is to direct the respondents to take decision on petitioner's representation on consideration of administrative exigency in public interest. It is expected that the decision one way or the other shall be taken on petitioner's representation expeditiously, in any case, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the respondents.
