By this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.7.2015 (Annexure P/6).

Respondent No.2/District Education Officer, Balod, District Balod is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.7.2015 (Annexure P/6) in accordance with law expeditiously. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands

disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not passed any order on merits. Respondent No.2 is free to decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. No order as to cost(s).
