Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court in WP (S) No.296 of 2014 (Smt.Sarojni Bhoi v. State of Chhattisgarh and others), decided on 30.11.2015, in which this Court has held that married daughter is entitled to be considered for compassionate appointment.

In view of that, order dated 24.6.2015 (Annexure P/1) is modified by directing respondent No.3 to consider the case of the

petitioner afresh if the petitioner makes a representation along with copy of order of Smt.Sarojni Bhoi (supra) within a period of 15 days from today and pass appropriate order within a period of further 45 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as cost(s).
