Grievance of the Petitioner is that he has not been granted actual monetary benefits so far as grant of the benefit of Kramonnati which he is entitled for with effect from 1.4.2006 to 31.12.2007 i.e. the date of his retirement. According to him, subsequent to the granting of the benefit of Kramonnati, his pensionary benefits would also have be revised and enhanced.

Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to keep the writ petition pending any further, rather ends of justice would meet if the Petitioner is permitted to make a detailed representation so far as his claim is concerned to Respondent No.1 who in turn shall consider the representation and decide the same by a speaking order within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the representation. Petitioner should make his representation within two weeks from today. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
