Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is physically disabled person and in mid academic session, she has been transferred from Sakti, District JanjgirChampa to Pasan, District Korba, against which, she is permitted to make a fresh representation before the State Government.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to file a fresh representation before the State Government. If such representation is made by the petitioner within a period of 10 days from today, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner. 4.
No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner for a period of one month.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the competent authority may decide the representation on its own merits.
