(2) By the impugned order dated 03.11.2015 passed by the respondents, the petitioner has been transferred from Artificial Insemination Center, Raigarh to District Veterinary Hospital Dantewada.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that earlier the petitioner has been transferred from Lailunga to Raigarh by order dated 13.03.2012 (Annexure P-2) and thereafter, again he has been transferred by order dated 15.07.2014 (Annexure P-3) and all of

sudden within a period of one year again the petitioner has been transferred from Artificial Insemination Center, Raigarh to District Veterinary Hospital Dantewada. He further submits that he may be permitted to file representation before the State Government highlighting his grievance. To which, counsel for the State has no objection.

(4) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(5) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the State Government within a week. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the State Government and in turn, State Government shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(6) For a period of three weeks, the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order dated 03.11.2015, in respect of the petitioner shall remain stayed.

(7) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
