1. Heard.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is languishing in jail and he is suffering from Asthma and thereby he is prone to COVID-19, therefore, he be allowed to file application for grant of parole / emergency leave / un-availed leave before the competent authorities.
3. The petitioner is at liberty to make application before the Superintendent, Central Jail, Bilaspur for grant of parole / emergency leave / un-availed leave who will forwarded it to the competent authority and the said application will be considered expeditiously within seven days from the date of making application by passing a reasoned order.

The writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to cost(s).
