(2) By the impugned order dated 21.09.2015 passed by respondent No.3-District Education Officer, Rajnandgaon whereby, the petitioner has been transferred from Government Pre Middle School, Rengakathera Block Chowki, Rajnandgaon to Government Pre Middle School, Sarkheda, Manpur.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the respondent No.2-Collector, Rajnandgaon, to which counsel for the State has no objection.

(4) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(5) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the respondent No.2-Collector, Rajnandgaon. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the said authority, the authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

(6) For a period of six weeks, the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order dated 21.09.2015, in respect of the petitioner shall remain stayed.

(7) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
