Learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.1 makes a statement that proceeding in the Departmental Enquiry against the delinquent employee is commenced and the matter is fixed for submission of written statement by the delinquent employee as well as by the Department before the inquiry officer.

Accepting the statement made by the counsel for respondent No.1, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if this MCC is disposed of directing the petitioners to conclude the Departmental Enquiry within a further period of two months from the date receipt of certified copy of this order.
