1. The limited relief sought for in the present writ petition, directing the Respondent no. 2 to conduct election of the Board of Directors of Zila Sahakari Kendriya Bank Maryadit Durg, which is expiring on 11.06.2020.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents/State submits that on 18.05.2020, the State Cooperative Election Commission has already passed the order staying the entire election of the Cooperative Societies, till the Lock Down period on account of COVID-19 is in operation.

3. Learned Counsel appearing for the State further submits that immediately after the Lock Down period is over, the State shall take necessary steps ensuring the Election is conducted in accordance with law.

4. Given the said submission by the State Counsel, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. Expecting the respondents/State to take prompt steps immediately after the Lock Down, is over in respect of the Election of the Cooperative Societies, the writ petition accordingly stands disposed off.
