1. WPS No.3350/2015 was preferred by the petitioner seeking posting as Headmaster of Government Middle School, Kerju, Block Sitapur where he was posted on promotion in October 2008. On account of merger of Government Girls Middle School, Kerju with Middle School, Kerju on 16-615, someone else is posted as Headmaster Middle School, Kerju, even though there is no change in the order dated 7-10-08 posting the petitioner as Headmaster of Middle School, Kerju.

2. The writ petition was disposed of on 16-9-15 with direction to the petitioner to make a representation within one month and the Collector ( Tribal Branch) Ambikapur was directed to decide the representation expeditiously.

3. The petitioner preferred representation on 23-9-15 and 28-9-15, however,

the Collector ( Tribal Branch ) Ambikapur, has not decided the representation despite lapse of about five months.

4. In view of the fact that this Court had not prescribed any outer time limit for deciding the representation, the present contempt petition is disposed of with direction that the Collector ( Tribal Branch ) Ambikapur, shall decide petitioner's representation within a period of two months from the date of presentation of this order. The petitioner shall also submit before the Collector the previous order dated 16-9-15 passed in WPS No.3350/15 along with complete copy with annexures of the writ petition.
