Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that impugned notice dated 24.01.2018 has been issued to the petitioner by the Tahsildar, Geedam for dispossessing the petitioner from his land whereas neither the land has been acquired nor any compensation has been paid to the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the Tahsildar, Geedam for redressal of his grievance who, in turn, shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's application expeditiously within a period of four weeks from today before taking any action on the letter / notice dated 24.01.2018.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
