Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner may be allowed to file detailed reply before the Nagar Panchayat, Naya Baradwar against the notices dated 22.03.2018 (Annexure -P/1), 14.03.2018 (Annexure-P/2) and 12.02.2018 (Annexure-P/4) issued to him by respondent No. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a detailed reply to
the Nagar Panchayat, Naya Baradwar that will be decided by the said authority by a reasoned order, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, expeditiously preferably within a period of six weeks' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
