This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondent No.4-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat Janjgir-Champa to take necessary steps on the basis of letter dated 17-05-2017.

Letter dated 17-05-2017 is of Zila Panchayat, Raigarh addressed to Zila Panchayat, Janjgir-Champa. Till date, no decision has been taken in the matter. At this stage, I am inclined to dispose off this petition. The competent authority shall take appropriate decision in the matter. In case, there is any adverse order passed against
