Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred from Women I.T.I., Bhilai to Government I.T.I., Berma, District Bemetara. He is seriously ill. He would further submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before respondent No.2 which may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today. If such representation is made, respondent No.2 will do well and decide the same within a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of

representation of the petitioner on its own merit, in accordance with law. For six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
