The petitioner has posted as Multipurpose Health Worker at Sub-Health Centre, Sipat (Masutri) and he has been transferred by order of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Bilaspur dated 6.1.2016 (Annexure P/6) from Sub-Health Centre, Sipat (Masutri) to Sub-Health Centre, Neertu (Masturi) and against the order of transfer, he made a representation before respondent No.2, who shall consider and decide

the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 2.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
