State of Chhattisgarh, through Secretary, Revenue Department, Mahanadi Bhawan, Police Station- New Raipur, Tahsil- Raipur, Civil & Revenue District Raipur (CG) 2.
The Collector (Bhu-Abhilekh Shakha), Durg, District- Durg (CG) 3.
The Joint Collector, Durg, District- Durg (CG) ... Respondents For Petitioner :
Mr. Vaibhav A. Goverdhan, Advocate.
For Respondents :
Ms. Sunita Jain, Panel Lawyer.
Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 01/10/2018 1.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the claim sought for is, for grant of leave encashment and GIS amount.
2.
The State has filed their reply stating that the amount of leave encashment has already been released to the petitioner and so far as the GIS amount is concerned it is under process of being paid. 3.
Given the said fact, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition. 4.
Expecting the respondents to settle the GIS amount at the earliest, the writ petition stands disposed of.
5.
Needless to mention that in case the amount is not paid within a period of three months, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive the case. 6.
The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) /sharad/ Judge
