Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 28/06/2017 Though number of grounds have been urged to assail correctness and validity of order dated 08/05/2017 by which, contract employment of the petitioner has been terminated, having considered that the order is appealable one as provided under the Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995, I am not inclined to examine the merits of the case.

The petition is accordingly dismissed with liberty to prefer appeal before the competent appellate authority.
