(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the arrears of stagnation increments have not been paid by the respondents till date though he is entitled for the said increments and therefore, he may be permitted to file representation before respondent No.1-Chairman, Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank, Raipur for redressal of his grievance.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) The petitioner is permitted to file representation before respondent No.1-Chairman, Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank, Raipur. If such representation is made by the petitioner and, in turn, respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
