1. Since both the applications are arising out of same crime i.e. crime No.672/2019 they are being considered and decided by this common order.
2. The applicants have preferred these applications for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in connection with crime No.672/2019 registered by the police of Police Station City Kotwali, Mungeli, for offence punishable under Sections 294, 506/34, 384 & 509 of Indian Penal Code & Sections 3, 4, of Karja Act (Sections 384 & 509 were added by the police during investigation).
3. The complainant's husband obtained a loan of Rs.4.00 lacs from the co-accused Dinesh Kumar Baghel. It is alleged that despite having returned a sum of Rs.13.00 lacs, the accused persons are threatening the complainant; asking sexual favour; and pressuring to return more amount.

Admittedly, the accused namely; Dinesh Kumar Baghel, who had advanced the loan amount, has already been allowed bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., by order dated 25-6-2020 passed in M.Cr.C.No.1935 of 2019. Likewise by the same common order other co-accused persons namely; Onkar Daharia, Jay Kumar Ogre, Sevak Kumar Daharia & Laxmikant Singh have also been allowed anticipatory bail. In the present bail applications also the applicants have been allowed ad-interim bail by orders dated 19-3-2020 & 29-5-2020, respectively.
5. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, both the applications are allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer with the following conditions:-
(a) they shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;
(b) they shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.
(c) they shall not influence the witnesses during pendency of the trial.
