This is the third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.271/2014, registered at Police Station-Tarbahar, District-Bilaspur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 470, 471, 411 and 403 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

After dismissal of two bail applications on merits, I do not find any change in circumstance or new ground to entertain this third bail application. 3.
Consequently, the third bail application is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
