Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has been transferred from Industrial Training Institute, Durg, District Durg to Industrial Training Institute Devbhog, District Gariyaband on administrative ground whereas Mr. T.S. Tawar has been brought in place
of the petitioner on his own expenses.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the State Government within a period of two weeks from today, who in turn shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation. 3.
For the period of six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
