Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the petitioner to make a detailed representation to the respondent authorities in respect of allotment of work that has been given to the petitioner.

He further submits that the respondents may decide the claim in accordance with rules and circulars governing the field. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2&3 to take appropriate decision in accordance with rules, regulations and circulars governing the field so far as allotment of work is concerned.
