(1) The petitioner is working as Medical Officer and on account of administrative exigency he has been directed to work at Primary Health Centre, Lemru, Block-Korba, which is sought to be
challenged by the petitioner in the instant writ petition.
(2) Keeping in view the fact that petitioner is Medical Officer and his services are medically required at Lemru, Block-Korba, the Collector, Korba has directed the petitioner to work at Primary Health Centre, Lemru, Block Korba. Thus, I do not find any illegality in the order impugned warranting interference by this Court in the instant writ petition.
(3) Consequently, the writ petition deserves to be and is hereby dismissed. However, the petitioner is free to make representation with the higher authorities and it is expected from the authority concerned to decide the petitioner's representation by the authority concerned in accordance with law.
