MCC No. 346 of 2019 deposited after the period of 01 month allowed by this Court in its order dated 25.10.2018 in FAM No. 195 of 2018, we allow the prayer for restoration by extending the period for depositing the Court fee till the time it was actually deposited. Accordingly, it is directed that Court fee deposited by the appellant be treated to be duly deposited and FAM 195 of 2018 is restored to its original number.
