The grievance of the petitioner in the instant petition is that the committee constituted by the respondent No.1 in respect of payment of dues to the petitioner including arrears of salary etc. has not taken any decision till date.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that as per instructions that he has received, the authorities concerned have taken a decision and which is to be placed before the executive council. He has further received a communication that the meeting of executive council also is to be held at the earliest may be in the month of May, 2018 itself.

On the submissions made by the counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction that on the

next first executive council meeting itself let a decision be taken on the recommendation made by the three members committee constituted for redressal of grievance of the petitioner so far as payment of dues and other arrears of salary are concerned.
