(2) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein, alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 29.10.2015 passed in W.P.(S) No.2429 of 2015.

(3) Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation filed by the petitioner, which has been decided on 29.12.2015 and as such, the instant contempt petition has become infructuous.
