The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction for execution of award said to have been passed in favour of the Union of which the petitioner is the member. 2.

Earlier similar workman have been approaching this Court and this Court has dismissed the petition observing that it is for the workman to take steps for execution of award and with liberty to approach the appropriate authority for execution of award, the petition has been dismissed. Therefore, with the same liberty, this petition is also dismissed.
