(1) Counsel for the State submits that order dated 14.09.2015 (Annexure P-1) suspending the petitioner from the post of Spot Assistant is appealable under Rule 23 of the C.G. Civil Services (Classification & Control) Appeal Rules.
(2) Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's appeal/representation is pending before the competent authority and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(4) Be that as it may, the authority concerned is directed to decide the petitioner's representation/appeal in accordance with law expeditiously in accordance with law.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
(6) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
