(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working as Superintendent, Office of District Programme Officer, Woman and Child Development, Durg and has been transferred from the office of District Programme Officer, Woman and Child Development, Durg to State Level Resources Center, Woman and Child Development, Raipur by the impugned transfer order dated 3.2.2016. He further submits that he has not made any application for his transfer on his own expenses before the respondents authorities, against which, he has made representation before respondents authorities, which is pending consideration till now and, therefore,

direction may be issued to the said authorities to decide the same expeditiously.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) In view of above, respondents No.1 & 2 are directed to do well and decide the pending representation of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(5) For a period of 45 days, the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order dated 03.02.2016, in respect of the petitioner shall remain stayed.

(6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
