III, list of eligible employees which has been published on 05/05/2017 does not include the name of the petitioners. 2.
Upon verification, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that presently, the petitioners have submitted representation and as decision has not been taken, petitioner's have approached this Court.

There is no averment in the petition that the petitioners have preferred any
representation nor any document filed. Therefore, in these circumstances, it would be proper to first direct the petitioners to submit representation ventilating their grievance and decision thereon seeking issuance of writ of mandamus. It goes without saying, in case petitioners prefer representation, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
