1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering suspension with effect from 17-2-2015. He further submits that the State Government had issued a circular on 27-2012 indicating when the suspension is to be revoked and detailed guidelines have been issued in the similar circumstances, therefore, the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation along with a copy of the circular dated 27-2012 to the Inspector General of Police, Bilaspur Range, Bilaspur.

2. The prayer is fair and reasonable.

3. The petitioner may make a representation to the Inspector General of Police, Bilaspur Range, Bilaspur along with the circular dated 2-7-2012 and if such a representation is made along with the said circular, the Inspector General of Police will take decision on the same within 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation, and consider and decide the same accordingly.
