This is an application for restoration of WPS No.5989/2010 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 18.02.2016. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, it is allowed and WPS No.5989/2010 is directed to be restored to its original number, however, it is made clear that the interim order is not restored. Prayer for restoration of interim order is refused in view of the order passed in the writ petition on 18.02.2016.
