1. The limited prayer that the petitioner makes at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner for regularization.

2. According to the petitioner, in fact, the office where the petitioner is presently working has also recommended his case for regularization. However, though there is a recommendation made, there is no decision taken by the authorities till now and therefore a suitable direction may kindly be issued.

3. The limited prayer is not opposed by the State counsel to the extent that his claim may be decided in accordance with rules, regulations and policy of the State Govt.

4. In view of the same, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner for regularization. It is expected that the respondents shall take an early decision.
