Grievance of the Petitioner is that he has been retired from service with effect from 31.8.2015 but the Respondents have till date not issued the benefits under the Group Insurance Scheme as well as Family Welfare Fund which he is otherwise entitled on his superannuation. 2.
Considering the limited nature of issue raised by the Petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet the present writ petition itself is disposed of, with a direction to Respondent No.2 to consider the grievance of the Petitioner and ensure that unless there is any other impediment the benefits under the Group Insurance Scheme and Family Welfare Fund be released to the Petitioner forthwith without any further delay, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It shall be the duty of the Petitioner to produce a copy of this order to the Respondents.
